KG (NSB Group) in Buxtehude, Germany. I advise the Executive Board on global compliance strategy and regulatory governance. I lead initiatives on international sanctions compliance, robust KYC and CDD frameworks, and enterprise-wide risk management. Passionate about fostering integrity, I strengthen anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sustainability programs while partnering with the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network.
