How to Prepare for this Session
Review your organization's current compliance programme status (e.g., early / developing / more mature / mixed) and be ready to share examples.
Identify your top 1–2 areas where you need the most practical support (risk assessment, training, due diligence, reporting, policies & procedures).
Bring one concrete challenge or “pain point” you face when implementing or refreshing your compliance programme.
If possible, consult internally (compliance, operations, crewing, procurement, commercial) to capture a cross-functional view.
After the workshop
Share the workshop takeaways internally and validate the priority areas identified against your organisation’s needs.
If relevant, map existing tools and resources you use today (training materials, templates, reporting processes) and note what is missing or could be improved.
